Jane Vase

The Jane Vase is one of my all-time favorites. It was thrown on the wheel, trimmed, and hand carved in my home studio. Once dry, it was fired in my kiln into bisque ware and glazed in a pretty gloss white. A glaze firing to Cone 6 (2232°F) turned it into this beautifully finished ceramic piece. Approximately 8" tall with a 1 3/4" wide opening. It is a beautiful vase that can stand on is lovely as a trio of vases.
